Jerry Jones might be content with his team despite their 3-5 record, but one of the greatest Cowboys to suit up for the team has a different view.

During Troy Aikman’s weekly show on 1310 The Ticket, he said that he believes the Cowboys need to make some big changes if they continue to struggle this season."Go through the list and this team, over a long period of time, has been what it's been," Aikman said. "It hasn't always mattered who the head coach has been. So, to me, if you're asking me, I'd say there has to be a complete overhaul of the entire organization."

While the former QB turned FOX colour analyst did not specify what changes should be made, he appeared to hint that the issues all begin right at the top.

"I've heard Jerry say, 'OK, look, we're going to do it differently. I'm going to do it differently.' ... But it's the same. Nothing changes," Aikman said. "And that to me is the bigger issue. ... Yes, coaching is important, personnel, all those things are important, but how are you going about evaluating how you're going about running the organization?"

Aikman stated that he has talked to people who have been inside the building so has an idea of how it is being run. From what he has gathered, “there’s a lot of dysfunction.” For any team to compete there cannot be any dysfunction in the organization.

Dallas will have a tough matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 10 on Sunday Night Football.
